Bulk Orders

1. UBShop uses Hanjin Parcel Delivery for deliveries within Korea and the Korean Postal Service for deliveries abroad.

2. Deliveries in Korea are paid upon delivery at 2,500 won.
Additional costs for Jeju-do and mountainous regions

3. For deliveries abroad the Korean Postal Service EMS will be used and it will take 3-7 days. The shipping fee varies by country so please check at checkout.

4. Release date: Items will be shipped the next day upon payment (This can vary on weekends and holidays according to the delivery company)

5. For deliveries abroad there may be other fees such as custom-related fees which you must pay for yourself.

6. If you change your mind, you can only get a refund in Korea. If the product has defects or the delivery is wrong and you want to return it, please use the post office in your region for a refund.
