If you have made the payment while you are logged into UBLove, try logging out and then logging in again. To confirm your membership status, you can go into My Home. It should indicate that you are a Premium member next to your profile picture. Under that, there should be an expiration date for your Premium membership.
Foreigners without credit cards in Korea can make payments by direct wire transfer through Woori Bank (우리은행), a Korean bank.
First, click UPGRADE > Premium members and fill in the contents in the required fields. After you have done this, just make a direct wire transfer.
You can extend the length of your service whenever you wish. If you choose to extend your subscription even though there is some time left, the time you have left will be added on to your new subscription, so you can extend at your convenience.
You can make a bank transfer to one of our iThani bank account, Pay Pal, money order, or mobile phone payments in Korea only. Please go to our payment page for details. Or contact customer service with any questions.
Excluding errors or mistakes from payment transactions, UB Love does not give refunds. In cases when an error had occurred, please notify the customer service center. We will assist your matters in a quick manner.
In case of foreign cards, you can use the English or Japanese sites to make your payment and receive all the services offered by UB Love. Visa, Master Card, and other foreign cards are accepted on these sites.
The deadline for your payment through direct cash wires appear at the bottom of the payment window when you fill in the payment information. In case you have not made the payment by the deadline that had been listed, your request as a premium member will be cancelled.
Confirmations can be made only if the user's name and the benefactor's names are identical. We ask you to please make all payments identical to your user name. In case you have made a wire transaction different from the user's name, please notify us.
Confirmations for wire transfers are made twice every working day. If you had made a wire transfer and have not been confirmed for a long period of time, please notify the customer service center. Please be sure to clearly show the name of benefactor
