In cases when your e-mail address cannot be verified, it can possibly be due to an error during your input of your e-mail address or the e-mail account is not working. Please notify your e-mail service provider and other information related to this. |

What do I do if I had never signed up and the site says that I’m already a member?

In case you had maybe forgotten you had signed up in the past, try clicking on ID/Password Find below the login window. If it has been judged that your information had been stolen, please notify the customer service center. |

How do I edit my personal information, membership ID, and password?

Membership ID cannot be changed. Also, the name that had been used during sign up cannot be changed (ID number, Name). Excluding the items listed here, all other information can be edited. You can edit the content you wish to by first logging in then going into My Home and then clicking on My Account, which is under Services. |

I would like to cancel my Premium membership, but what happens to my remaining time as a Premium member?

The period that is left over prior to cancellation will be automatically deleted and refunds will not be given for portions that are left over. Left over portions will also not be saved or returned when a member reactivates his/her account. |

What happens to my personal information if I cancel my membership?

All the information you had given when you signed up gets deleted upon your request to cancel membership. The contents will then be sent to your private email. However, membership information, billing and consumer protection laws related to Article 6 (the preservation of transaction records, etc.) based on five years as data are stored. The data is stored and is never used for any other purpose. |

Can I reapply for membership with the same ID I had before?

You cannot reapply for membership with the same ID once you have cancelled your membership. So please think carefully when you decide to do so. But you can always join again with a new member ID. |

How do I apply for membership?
|
First of all, you have to be at least 19 years of age. No charges are applied to sign up as a basic member. In order to become a premium member, charges will be applied. To begin the sign up process, you must agree to the terms and agreement, then verify your identity through your Korean ID Number (Korean citizens) or through email (non-Korean citizens). |

How do I cancel membership?

You can cancel your membership by clicking 'My Account > Cancel'and following the directions listed. Once you have cancelled your membership, all of the personal information you have provided will be deleted and refunds for membership cannot be made. |

How do I become a premium member?
|
You can become a premium member by making a payment using your credit card, Pay Pal or bank transfer. Simply go into the site and click on upgrade membership to premium member and view payment details |
